Elizabeth Tudor
BSc (Hons), Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist and Founder of The Wellness Point.
Elizabeth embarked on a career in Massage Therapy after completing a 2 year Advanced Aesthetics course at Camelot International in Johannesburg. She graduated in 1998 with Level 3 diplomas from both CIDESCO and CIBTAC. Life has taken her from South Africa to the UK, to the USA and then back to the UK. In each place, she has been able to grow and develop her skills, blending a deep knowledge of the body with an intuitive touch to provide treatments tailored to each individual's needs.
She moved to Wetherby, West Yorkshire in 2015, and started to build The Wellness Point from her home, and moved into her current location in 2021.
Wanting to further her ability to support her clients on a deeper level, Elizabeth embarked on a 3-year BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York — one of the UK's leading acupuncture training institutions. As a qualified Acupuncturist, she addresses health concerns by not simply relieving the symptoms, but by getting to the root cause of the disharmony. Elizabeth sees patients with a wide range of conditions, and has a particular interest in helping people manage stress and anxiety.
Elizabeth is a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), which gives the assurance of the quality of her training and her commitment to ensuring every client receives the safest and most effective acupuncture and massage care in Wetherby.
Elizabeth is passionate about providing a personalised experience for each of her clients, so whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, a chronic or acute health issue, or simply looking to unwind and reconnect with your body, she is here to guide you on your path to wellness.

What "Wellness" means to me.
The dictionary defines wellness as "The quality or state of being in good health".
For me, to be well, to feel well, is a daily goal. When I feel "well" physically, emotionally, and mentally, it is easier for me to be happy. To smile, to feel joyous. But also, it is easier for me to manage the challenges life throws our way. I cope with stress better and tend to have a more optimistic outlook.
Wellness is achievable, it is a goal we can all be proactive in gaining. I believe the work I do with The Wellness Point, through therapeutic massage and acupuncture, enables my clients to feel that bit more "well", and I am grateful to be part of the journey with them.
